VisualScape is looking for an Enhancement Manager to join the team. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. The Enhancement Manager coordinates and manages activities of workers engaged in properties from start to finish. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for staffing, efficiency, equipment, and material needs of project.

Essential Job Duties:

• Oversees direct reports to maximize scheduling and utilization of resources
• Interfaces with management to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
• Projects a favorable image of the company
• Keeps managers promptly and fully informed
• Determines appropriate equipment needs and staffing levels
• Purchases materials and supplies for projects
• Assists in evaluating and determining feasibility of new sales opportunities
• Inspects finalized projects for efficiency, productivity, and quality control
• Coordinates with account managers and production managers for enhancement requests
• Drives enhancement sales, and targets contract sales
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and the public

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Horticultural knowledge or industry related certifications
• Current Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Creole: not necessary, but a plus)
