About Our Healthcare Center: Lenbrook's Healthcare Center is where excellence thrives! Lenbrook skilled nursing center is 60 private rooms with remarkable staff-to-patient ratios of 1:6 for CNAs and 1:20 for LPNs/RNs. Our center consist of 3 floors with 20 beds on each offering rehab, memory care, and long-term skilled care. We redefined long-term care by prioritizing quality through lower clinician-to-patient ratios, ensuring each individual receives the utmost attention and support.
Your Role: As a Staff Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of care by leading and innovating our staff training programs. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and provide compassionate care to our residents.
