Job Position: Maintenance Technician (Plumbing Expertise) 

What You'll Do: 

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing repairs and installations, to ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of our community. 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. 
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns. 
• Collaborate with fellow team members and external contractors to coordinate repair projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed, including HVAC, electrical, and carpentry work, to support the overall upkeep of our community. 
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff, responding promptly to service requests and addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair, preferably in a senior living or similar environment. 
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. 
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift heavy objects as needed to perform job duties. 
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. 
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8AM – 4:30PM 

Starting Pay: $24 hr , based on experience
