Position: PRN CDL Driver

Location: Lenbrook, Atlanta, GA 

At Lenbrook, we're dedicated to providing compassionate care and creating a supportive environment where seniors can thrive. As a PRN CDL Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive safe and reliable transportation to outings and other activities. 

What You'll Do: 

• Safely operate community vehicles, including buses and vans, to transport residents to and from various destinations 
• Plan efficient routes and schedules to accommodate resident needs while adhering to established safety guidelines and traffic laws 
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues 
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents, families, and team members, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers 
• Remain calm and composed under pressure, handling unexpected situations and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency 
• Adapt to changes in scheduling or transportation needs, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to accommodate resident preferences 
• Uphold a high standard of care and respect for our residents, recognizing and addressing their individual needs and preferences 

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record for the past three years, with no accidents or tickets 
• Previous experience as a CDL driver preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service 
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet scheduling demands 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor 
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, with a solution-oriented mindset 
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and willingness to adjust plans as needed to accommodate resident needs 
• Passion for serving seniors and contributing to a positive, caring community environment 
• Passing DOT Physical, if need to renew, we can assist. 

Starting Wage: $20.50/hr based on experience 

Hours: As needed on weekday, weekends and evenings.
