IMP Consulting is Hiring a Compliance Practice Leader Near Boston, MA
Compliance Practice Leader We are a RegTech and FinTech consulting firm seeking a Compliance Practice Leader to grow our practice for auditing and maintaining compliance rule libraries with our CLEAR Compliance® product solution. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable, deep expertise in compliance and industry regulations. Responsibilities: Grow the practice in accordance with company goals:
Establish IMP as a trusted partner with clients by delivering consistently outstanding service
Tailor product demos to address the specific concerns of clients or prospects
Expand contacts throughout the client organization
Land additional projects at current clients
Write business proposals
Consistently meet P&L goals
Manage team utilization to goals
Enhance team skill and knowledge to support utilization and rates
Grow the team
Demonstrate industry thought leadership
Stay up to date on industry best-practices and trends
Build personal credentials and demonstrate expertise by completing speaking engagements each quarter, with at least one external (e.g. industry conference)
Requirements:
Demonstrable expertise in industry regulations
Strong understanding of complex contracts and security types
Knowledgeable across several investment product strategies, e.g. equity large cap, core fixed income, credit derivatives, structured product, etc.
Capable of presenting to all levels, including C-Suite
Experience using at least one OMS
Ability to plan testing programs, utilize and improve testing artifacts, and staff testing teams
Understanding of departmental of Profit & Loss (P&L) and managing to utilization goals
Ability to identify and close gaps in team performance and understanding
Project management skills
Experience:
Minimum 10 years investment management experience
Minimum 5 years investment compliance experience
Experience running a high-performing team and growing the practice
Successful track record of developing and nurturing referenceable clients
Experience in expanding company contacts and developing new client relationships
Candidate should have industry contacts that support his/her level of industry experience
Job Type: Full-time or Minimum 30 hours per week Location: Boston, MA or Remote with light travel to Boston, MA Pay: Salaried; $110k - $160k per year with bonus opportunity Benefits:
