**Job Title: Director of Partner Services**

The Director of Partner Services reports to the Senior Vice
President of Real Estate and is primarily responsible for the business
relationship with TruStage Debt Protection, TruStage Insurance and
Investments and additional future partners. This position is responsible for executing the strategic vision and
management of our business partner relationships while maintaining industry standards
and recommending new partner services. Leverages vendor resources to ensure a
high level of member satisfaction with debt protection, ancillary products, and
member wealth. Additional responsibilities include supporting Retail with Data
Analytics and Production Tracking.
**Responsible and Accountable for:**
Develop and lead relationships with partners, advancing member-centric products and services across the credit union. This involves regular communication with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns, and ensuring alignment with the credit union's objectives.
Implement the strategic vision set forth by the credit union, ensuring that partner relationships are aligned with the credit union's overall goals and objectives.
Management of the overall relationship of TruStage and oversight of the Wealth Management program.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards related to debt protection, ancillary products, and member wealth management.
Ensures adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all regulatory standards, requirements, and policies. Instrumental in working with appropriate partners, processors, and networks on business continuity procedures and, if they occur, major events.
Continuously assesses the market for potential new partner services that could benefit credit union members and the credit unions strategic goals. Make recommendations to leadership based on thorough analysis and understanding of member needs.
Proactively addresses any issues or concerns raised by members with a focus on member experience.
Collaborate with other departments within the credit union, such as Retail, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment achieving organizational objectives.
Provide support to the Retail department using data analytics to track production performance and identify areas for improvement. Use insights gathered to optimize solution strategies and drive revenue growth.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
Able to manage cross-functional relationships and work in a matrixed environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
Analytical and reporting capabilities with ability to prepare monthly reports for management
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Education and Experience:**
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: over 5-7 years of management; credit union experience is a plus.
