The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content that aligns with Chartway’s brand identity and marketing goals. The Multimedia Designer will work collaboratively with various departments and teams to produce high-quality videos, animations, graphics, and other multimedia assets for use across digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, presentations, print, collateral, and applicable internal communications needs.
Responsible and Accountable for:

• Conceptualizing, designing and producing graphical elements and visual assets for use in multimedia projects and campaigns
• Shooting and editing video footage, ensuring high production quality and adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and developing creative solutions that meet their needs and timelines
• Applying creative design best practices and brand standards across multiple channels, including website, digital media communications, marketing campaigns, print, digital, and hard copy collateral
• Maintaining and contributing to brand, style, voice, tone, design guidelines, and standards
• Assisting with the maintenance and organization of multimedia assets, including video libraries, image galleries, and audio files
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices in multimedia production, technology, and design

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High-level proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other relevant tools
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to bring concepts to life through multimedia storytelling
• Collaborative problem solver
• Deadline driven team player with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital media, video production, and graphic design

Education and Experience:

• Experience: 3 years professionally in multimedia production, including video editing, animation, and graphic design
• Experience with photography and/or audio production, a plus
• Experience with HTML, a plus
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and illustrator
