Operations Administrative AssistantReports To: Operations ManagerFLSA Status: Full-time, Non-exempt
Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000
SUMMARY: The Operations Administrative Assistant performs a diverse set of tasks throughout the operations department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creates work orders within the property management software and coordinates work orders with attention to accurate and timely data entry, assigning personnel and sub-contractors using established priorities.
  • Creates and updates recurring work orders (Service Agreements).
  • Tracks preventive maintenance status and escalates issues as needed.
  • Notifies homes of upcoming visits with a goal of 24-hour notice.
  • Relays high priority work
  • Completes rental registrations for all required properties.
  • Coordinates vendor activities.
  • Tracks property information/data.
  • Approves maintenance invoices.
  • Scanning older documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
