Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for an Inventory Clerk in Dothan, AL.
Pay will start at $14.00 per hour and will work a Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm schedule.
Duties :
Bay checks of material and maintaining cutsheets. Facilitate purchasing of raw materials.
Adding in new jobs as they are released and maintaining the drawing release log.
Advance bill entry.
Direct importing if Fabsuite files and manual inputting of data
Receiving nuclear material and completing nuclear paperwork.
Check drawings and make any corrections needed and post correction reports.
Checking for rolled material and ordering material or CTL pipe.
Purchase order entry, transfers, invoicing and charging out. Pulling tickets, receiving, and unreceiving.
Assisting in shop calls and finding solutions for those calls.
Running reports for pulling MTR’S (Material Test Report) and checking MTR’S, monthly inventory reports and nonconformance reports.
Requirements :
Proven experience in inventory management or related field is preferred
Prior administrative experience
