Personnel Resources has an immediate direct hire opening as an Office Manager/ Event Coordinator in Dothan, AL. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating all events. This job involves lots of project management and requires a take charge approach to complete task.

Pay will start at $17.00 per hour and you will work a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts and ensure timely collection of payments
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the event
• Hire all event staff, including coordinators, bartenders, event parkers, security, lawn care, set up crew, and cleaners
• Will not be responsible for working events just all planning leading up to event.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with hospitality or event planning
• Social Media Savvy
• Project Management experience a plus
• Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
• Experience in calendar management and scheduling
• Proficient with computers and MS Office software
