Duties:

Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics for an organization.

Analyzes business data and puts analysis into reports which indicate the performance of an organization.

Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations.

Based on analysis, makes recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operating performance.

Required Skills Candidate Should Have:

Education: High school diploma

3 years of administration/customer service experience

Tech stack: MS outlook and MS teams

problem solving and time management skills

Preferred qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

CISCO, Salesforce, PECOS, and PAVE
