Are you a problem-solver with a knack for mechanical systems? We're seeking a Customer Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be the frontline support for our customers, providing timely assistance via phone and email. Your responsibilities include logging interactions in SAP, troubleshooting issues, processing warranty claims, and escalating complex problems to our Tech Support team.
Work Experience- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft software systems
- Communication skills, both verbal and written along with listening and problem-solving skills
- Powersports, ATV or UTV knowledge is a plus
