Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Wholesale Account Manager to join our team. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Understand each client's unique needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet them

- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities

- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in wholesale account management or sales, preferably in Automotive Industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
