Job Summary:The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for all aspects of Tier 1 applications and system functional support and minor technical assistance. This individual must address a wide variety of user issues and will act as the “go-to” person at the plant level for the maintenance of and use of Hormann applications – particularly SAP. This techno-functional person will provide day-to-day support for the manufacturing facility, sales centers, and customers.
