About the team:
The OTS Global Managed Systems Team offers hosting services for a variety of web-based testing solutions, including capacity tools, repositories, change management software, and terminal integrations. As an System Support Analyst you will be responsible for the onboarding and support of our clients.
Contractual coverage is from 8:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM PST
