What we're looking for in a Client Support Specialist

To excel as a HR Support Specialist at Highflyer HR Payroll, proficiency in utilizing the iSolved technology suite or similar HRIS technology, including payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and custom report writer, is essential. 2 years experience as an Human Resource Coordinator and experience in a fast-paced Human Resources department are essential. Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills are crucial for effectively troubleshooting and resolving client issues. Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines are necessary in this dynamic environment.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are paramount for collaborating with clients, coworkers, and internal teams. Understanding of full Human Resource technology. A high level of professionalism, tact, and a customer-centric mindset are key attributes for representing the company positively and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, a continuous learning mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development are vital for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
