Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Motel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the motel.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints

- Manage and supervise motel staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity

- Monitor financial performance by analyzing budget reports and implementing cost control measures

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the motel

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel or motel management is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

- Knowledge of front desk operations, reservation systems, and phone systems

- Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required
