IT Project Manager II Location: NCCPA is a hybrid work environment with our headquarters located in Johns Creek, Georgia. NCCPA has determined that the telecommuting status of this position is remote which means that employees in remote positions are allowed to primarily work remotely with required travel for mandatory meetings, including to the NCCPA headquarters.

Why Us, Why Now? As the
IT Project Manager II, you will coordinate technology projects involving cross-functional staff as well as IT resources. This position will also oversee, monitor and report on all aspects of technology projects.
How Will You Make a Difference? You will... - Advocate on behalf of the business as appropriate to senior IT management. Understand business, technical and environmental dependencies in relation to each project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks, meeting/ceremony management; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
- Champion a corporate wide understanding of project management best practices, toolkits and methodologies across all levels of the organization.
- Report on projects and communicate relevant information to corporate partners at all levels in a proactive manner.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors and vendors to promote a positive and effective working relationship
- Understand business, technical and environmental dependencies in relation to each project.
- Assist with creating and maintaining IT budget.
- Assist with time reporting analysis to ensure proper accurate and consistent tracking.
- Process monthly and annual invoices and receipts and resolve incorrect billing with business units and Finance Department
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Hard Skills You Will Have - Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of customer-facing experience.
- 2-5 years of planning and/or project coordination experience.
- Experience in software development teams.
- Experience with production support processes.
- Basic experience implementing project management best practices.
- Basic functional and technical understanding of complex software systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).

Compensation Range: $89,807.00- $104,000.00
