Job Description:

• Coordinate how we explore innovation at client.
• Assist in gathering program updates for leadership.
• Organize idea intake submissions for potential project initiatives.
• Provide support to lab initiatives.
• Tracking and Reporting – Collect data and status updates for the full life cycle of all Airshop’s efforts.
• Compile and distribute reports with this information.

Responsibilities:

• Support Airshop initiatives/reservations ensuring Airshop and its partners are prepared for events. Idea Intake support – Backend support for implementing our scoring models and accepting submissions from teams
• Support Airshop team’s administrative tasks and ad hoc requests for Airshop pop up events.
• Research internal and external partners to coordinate introductory calls

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year in administrative role, Ability to track and ensure accuracy of detailed status updates and reporting. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, especially Planner and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management products.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Strong research and documentation capabilities.
• Experience with technology development, testing, and/or implementation.
• PMP/Project Management Certification.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, especially Planner and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail.
