Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer
Location: Calabasas (2-3 days on site) MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Salary: $140,000 per year
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 per year and requires 2-3 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and log analysis
- Manage security infrastructure using Palo Alto Cloud Services
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and rules
- Monitor networks and optimize threat protection tools
- Document security incidents and actions taken
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Participate in On-Call rotations
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
- Experience with Azure, Palo Alto Cloud Apps, and AWS platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Palo Alto, Tenable.io, and Microsoft security tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule
