Compensation: $25,000 - $31,000 yearly health insurance stipend retirement benefits
Responsibilities
•Perform administrative tasks to assist with coordinating closings on the sale of real estate.
•Be the first point of contact in handling incoming contracts for closing.
•Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
•Monitor scheduled closing dates and work with the team to ensure all deadlines are met.
•Follow up with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys, and other third parties to ensure any required information and documentation needed to close the transaction is obtained.
Qualifications
•Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus.
•Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format.
•Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred.
•Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience.
