Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of orders, communicating effectively with clients, preparing accurate settlement statements, and managing scheduling processes. The ideal candidate should have a background in title processing, exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Review:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and analyze contracts, lender requests, and title documents.

2. Client Communication:

  • Communicate proactively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, etc. to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive and informative experience for clients throughout the process

3. Settlement Statement Preparation:

  • Prepare and review settlement statements/closing disclosures, ensuring all figures/details are accurate and that all necessary information is present
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies

4. Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Manage the scheduling of appointments, closings, and other relevant activities.
  • Coordinate with various parties involved in the transaction process to ensure smooth and timely proceedings.

5. Detail Orientation:

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of title processing to minimize errors and ensure the accuracy of documentation.

6. Experience and Expertise:

  • Utilize prior experience as a title processor to navigate and resolve complex issues related to title documentation and transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in title processing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Title Processor in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the order review processes, settlement statement preparation, title review, and scheduling coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
