The Academic Program Administrator position provides oversight for student-facing administrative components and supports student success within the Departments of Mechanical & Materials Engineering and Engineering & Technology Management. By using specialized skills and independent judgment, the Administrator ensures continuous operations and policy compliance within a complex and dynamic university environment. The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating academic program initiatives that support both the undergraduate and graduate programs. The Academic Program Administrator is key to implementation of Department activities regarding recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success. The incumbent works collaboratively with Department Chairs and faculty, as well as departments within the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, the Office of Graduate Studies, Pathway Advisors, and the Registrar to support programs and outcomes.
