We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. Responsibilities include managing and owning all transportation safety operations, improvements, efficiencies, training, strategic planning, day-to-day operational oversight, and coaching tasks. Periodic travel to our remote facilities will be required to provide leadership oversight, training, coaching, and follow-through on all transportation safety-related items. The Fleet Safety Manager will interact with and directly influence our decentralized private fleet's behavior, performance, and knowledge base, utilizing telematics, truck-mounted camera system observations, advanced safety technology, and key performance indicators to drive a safety culture. This position also monitors the company's CSA Scores with the Department of Transportation and FMCSA to calibrate coaching and training. The Fleet Safety Manager position aims to ensure our operators make it home safely.

· Education: High School Diploma / GED
· Must have 5 years of previous fleet management experience.
· Must have current Class A or B CDL
· Travel as needed; Up to 25%
