About Client:
The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as HP, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.
It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power todays digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.
Rate Range: $20-$23/Hr
Job Description:

• Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Machine configuration/Software break-fix (Windows Os-Apple IOS)
• Hardware break/fix (Client-Dell-Apple). Onsite hardware repair
• Managed process parts ordering and returns
• 2 years of deskside support experience
• Light travel required occasionally
• Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
• Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
• A , Client, Dell certification is a plus
