The role:
The Compensation Analyst is accountable for the administration of Sales and Customer Success variable compensation plans. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate closely with the Sales Operations and Finance teams to accurately manage the compensation plans across our Go To Market functions.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $118,000-$140,000 per year dependent upon experience. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (e.g. i.e. bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates.
