Compensation: $20/hr (minimum 6-week contract, not temp-to-hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information and items for the operations team.
- Collect data and resolve production issues.
- Attend operations meetings and provide insights.
- Champion the 5S methodology.
- Follow ISO 9001 and AS 9100 procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Practice safety and address problems promptly.
- Assist co-workers in meeting goals.
- Seek and implement process improvements.
- Train and orient new employees.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, is a must.
