Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office budgeting and expense tracking
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Manage office calendars and coordinate team schedules
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
