We're looking for a Florida licensed real estate broker assistant who can provide the ultimate experience in customer service!
Salary Plus Bonus
- The Broker assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up and assisting in showing houses to buyer’s
- Meeting with our sellers to perform intakes of their properties for listings
- Processing Transactions
- Attending inspections and appraisals
- Hosting and attending open houses
- Requirements:
- Valid Florida Real Estate License
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with texting, photo and GPS capabilities
- Have a VERY flexible schedule to work daytimes, evenings and weekends
- A desire to help others
