GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Exciting opportunity! WeCare is seeking a full-time RN Admissions Nurse to join our team in the Rochester area. We are a growing company dedicated to offering quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate for this position is a Registered Nurse with a love for Geriatrics, good communication skills, and the ability to work comfortably with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include completion of all aspects of the Admission process for residents that come to the facility. WeCare is motivated to welcome the right candidate to our team!
