We are currently seeking a .NET Technical Lead (Remote) to join our team in remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Web-based design, develop and deployment.
- According to the system requirement specification, compile system design documentation after system design.
- Resolve the technical problems during development.
- Participate in discussions with team members about technical best practices and help teams identifying optimal technical solutions.
- Drive or contribute to development standards as necessary.
- Assists the team members to resolve the development issues
- Adherence to the quality standards followed in the team
- 10 Years of experience in .net development
- 5 Years of experience in leading a technical team.
- Should write efficient (such as re-usable, optimal, etc) and well documented code
- Candidate should be able to work in global development environment and take up leadership in providing the IT solution.
- Must have development experience on .NET framework, SQL Server, Web Services, Agile - Scrum
- Nice to have knowledge on Java/JEE application development
- Lead development team, Track the work allocated, review the code, Guide team.
- Design, code, test and document interfaces of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications
- Translate high-level specifications for software components into program specifications
- Independently develop one or more modules from specifications
