The Office of Administration and General Counsel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative and legal assistance, as well as confidential support to the vice president and general counsel. As the executive assistant/paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, managing various legal documents and correspondence, organizing contracts and agreements, and serving as the point of contact for the office. Additionally, you will assist in administrative functions, budget management, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity will be crucial for success in this role.

This is a hybrid position with on-campus, in-person responsibilities which will require in-person attendance up to three times a week.
Office activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and interaction with computer equipment; occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 5-10 pounds.
