12,000 sign on bonus for fulltime nurses (32-40 hours a week); sign on bonus is paid out in monthly installments of $500 for two full years after passing 90 days of employment. $6,000 Sign on for parttime nurses

Shifts Available:
7a-3p: 2 Fulltime; per diem and part-time welcome to apply
3p-11p: 2 Fulltime; per diem and part-time welcome to apply
11p-7a: 1 Parttime or PRN opening
Rate Range dependent on years of experience

Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Must possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
