Dalto’s Construction is Hiring a Project Manager Near Marlborough, MA
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY!
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role demands a proactive and meticulous approach to managing projects, resources, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement large construction projects, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with construction and safety codes, as well as other legal requirements.
- Manage the budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.
- Lead project meetings and set project milestones.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and provide guidance as needed.
-Visit Job Sites Daily
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Valid CSL & HIC License
- Valid Worker’s Permit and Driver’s License.
- Excellent knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 per week
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Performance bonus

- 3 years
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
