PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESKnow the Hunt Club’s food and drink menus inside and out – down to ingredients and origins.Capture guests’ attention with the Hunt Club story – from its history as a Hunt Club to the details of our scratch kitchen. Engage with guests and artfully recommend wines that pair well with dishes and individual palates.Provide immediate attention to guests once seated. Take and enter orders, deliver all drinks and courses at the appropriate times to ensure correct temperatures, and process payments.Take pride in our property.
