Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Assist with inventory management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
