Job Title: Part-Time HR Support Specialist (aka Data Dynamo with a Splash of Separation Sass)

Who We Are:

We're not your average PEO. We're a team of HR experts who believe in adding a bit of flair to the workplace. Our mission? To make HR the heartbeat of every organization, and we need a stellar HR Support Specialist to help us grow our team and help our clients prosper!

Job Type: Part-Time (Because who wants to stare at separation notices all day?)

Location: Wherever you can groove to the rhythm of records and by records, we mean data! But seriously, this is a 100% in-office position because we would miss you!

Pay:

While we wish our capacity to compensate our employees was open-ended, unfortunately that is not the case. This is a part-time hourly role paying $18 per hour. This position will be required to work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. If that works for you, please continue reading!

Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Employment Pro: Utilize your awesome data entry skills for pre-employment screenings – making the process as smooth as butter.
  2. Emoji Enthusiast: Fluent in the language of emojis – express the entire spectrum of HR emotions while processing separation notices. Because separation paperwork deserves all kinds of facial expressions! They did what?!?!
  3. Calendar Comedy Keeper: Manage schedules and tasks with a dash of humor, especially when reporting new hires to state departments or following up on E-verify cases. Who said compliance can't be fun?
  4. Laughter Liaison: Be the go-to person for workplace comedy relief, even when dealing with the serious business of HR data entry.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Commitment Level: You're more committed than a dog with a bone, and you won't rest until our clients are doing the happy dance.
  • Client-Focused: You're not just client-focused; you're client-obsessed. You understand their needs better than they do.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You're the superhero of customer service – faster than a speeding ticket, more powerful than a "reply all" email, and able to leap tall stacks of paperwork in a single bound.
  • FUN Quotient: If "fun" were an Olympic sport, you'd be the gold medalist. You bring joy to every meeting, and your laughter is contagious.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years minimum in an HR Support role; we would like a candidate who would be enthusiastic about growing in this role for future HR opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Experience utilizing Zoom for meetings
