Located in Jacksonville, FL, Lakeview Health is a Joint Commission accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, alcoholism, and associated mental disorders.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of the physical structure and associated equipment of the facilities. In this position you would be responsible for minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural repairs. Delivering mail/packages between buildings, taking vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs, cleaning vehicles.

The Difference Maker hired for this position must have:

• At least 5 (five) years of related experience. Qualified candidates will have a mechanical aptitude and good interpersonal skills. Preferred maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical. 
• Must have valid driver's license and minimum of 4 years driving history and be able to meet insurance carrier's criteria for insurability.
