Koru Spring is looking for an experienced Marriage & Family Therapist to join our team. The Marriage & Family Therapist will be working with our adult (18 years old) residents, their families, and loved ones to educate about and process the dynamics of family in the disease of eating disorder addiction. This position is a part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers and will conduct family sessions with residents while collaborating with the Primary Therapist who conducts individual and group sessions with residents. The Marriage & Family Therapist also conducts Multi Family Therapy Workshops with residents and their significant others. 

This position provides patients and families with tools that they can utilize for the beginning stages of recovery and through long term recovery.

The Difference Maker hired for this position must have:

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Preferred Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) with experience in conducting a multiple family therapy session.
• Experience working with eating disorders, co-dependency, and adult and family issues is strongly preferred.
• 2 years' experience in conducting family therapy preferred.
• Must be able to set appropriate professional boundaries.
