Responsibilities:
- Operate within a dynamic team to deliver a premium physical therapy experience.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop and deliver personalized treatment plans
- Communicate to patients the value of a 1-on-1 care model with conviction and confidence.
- Excel at achieving high levels of patient retention and patient success.
- Manage the patient experience while delivering skilled manual & therapeutic interventions ensuring results.
- Deliver WOW service to ensure patients leave reviews, testimonials, refer and rave to their MDs.
- Develop enduring relationships that lead to patient reactivation and word of mouth referrals
Requirements:
- Licensure: Physical Therapy License in FL Required
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills ie Empathy and Communication
- Confidence in manual therapy skills and treating post op patients
- Experience in an Outpatient Orthopedic Setting Preferred
- Experience providing services in a Mobile Outpatient or Home Health Setting is highly desirable
- Self-motivated and independent: As a mobile outpatient physical therapist, the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation: Since this is a mobile position, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel to a patient's home or work location.
