Tandem Hospitality Group is Hiring a Front Desk Attendant - Part Time Near Morgantown, WV

Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a front desk attendant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
