Job role: HR Executive (Intern)

Key Responsibilities
- Performing administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, prepare HR documents, addressing employees queries.
- Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules.
- Monitoring inventory.
- Maintaining company database and documents with updated information from all departments.
- Shadow the CEO or executive team in all meetings as required and assist for the same.
