Job Summary:
Enjoy a supportive and welcoming office environment in a small but busy law firm. This is a 20-hour-per-week, flexible part-time job with potential for full-time role. Requirements:
*1 Year Administrative Experience
*1 year Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities:
*Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
*Provide administrative support to legal assistants.
*Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
*Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
*Schedule appointments and meetings.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
*Deliver mail to post office, banks, and courthouses (all at a walkable distance)
Preferences:
*Valid Driver's License
*Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Hours:
*8:30am-5:00pm, Part-time hours are flexible between morning and/or afternoon
Pay:
*$15-$18, Depending on experience
