About the Role
Our Server Assistant/Food Runners are the quiet heroes of the front of house service team. They have the unique, important role of supporting and connecting both the Front of House and Heart of House behind the scenes in the kitchen, and on stage in the restaurants. If you’re looking to break into the hospitality industry, this position will teach you the fundamentals of executing exemplary service!

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00
Job Type: Part-time available
Schedule/Shift: Tuesday - Sunday, Afternoons, nights and weekends

Your Contribution to Our Team Includes:

• Set the team up for success by prepping and stocking service station areas
• Take pride in your workspace by maintaining the cleanliness of service stations and the expo line
• Deliver food to in a prompt, professional, and confident manner
• Keep the front of house team out of the weeds by lending a hand to bus tables, fill drinks and ensuring guests are taken care of

- You have a natural sense of urgency, work well in a fast-paced environment and can handle the heat of the kitchen
- You naturally connect with others and have excellent communication skills
- You have a noticeably positive attitude and friendly personality
- You are a self-starter and work well independently, but also take direction and enjoy being a team-player
- You take pride in your work, have an eye for details, and are committed to do things the right way because shortcuts do not serve excellence
- You are dedicated to serving others, regardless of whether it is an internal or external customer because we expect our team members to have hearts for service

Must-Have Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Clear background screening and employment authorized
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
- Available to work some holidays & weekends preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 31 per week
