We are seeking a professional, friendly, & motivated Server Assistant/Food Runner/ Bar Back to join our team at Mariposa! Experience is a plus, but not a must. Starting wage for position is $12/hr Tip Share which = 8-12/hr extra.

```Duties```
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each order
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Assist Bar with cleaning of glasses, bar top, & stocking

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of kitchen operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality

- Must be able to lift & carry up to 50lbs or more

-Punctuality is a must.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
