In this customer service role, you enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule of 4-hour shifts, Tuesday - Saturday. With a starting pay of $15 per hour plus our spiff pay program, you can make a living doing a job you enjoy. OUR MISSION AT ADVANCED AIR SYSTEMS

Founded in 2001, we are a locally-owned heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical company that proudly provides customer-focused service to eastern Arizona including Graham, Greenlee, & Cochise Counties, and now proudly serving the White Mountain communities. We specialize in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems and backup generators for owners of existing homes and buildings. We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction, always aiming to exceed expectations. We fix things right the first time and make people happy one call at a time! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

In this part-time position, you're vital to the success of our company. You are responsible for speaking to potential clients, following up on leads, and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. When customers visit the store, you speak with them about their home projects and plans. You educate store customers on potential products and services to them based on their needs. When you speak to new customers, you take down their information and input it into our database. Additionally, you keep an open line of communication with other store and company employees. You love working with a passionate team of people and find satisfaction in growing our customer base!
