Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is Hiring a Residential Property Manager - Part-Time Near Seattle, WA
- 2 years of leasing and property management experience
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal housing and landlord-tenant laws
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Must be available after hours for residential and site emergencies.
- Prior experience utilizing AppFolio or similar property management programs.
- Experience with low-income tax credit properties.
- Experience with landlord-tenant laws specifically applicable to the city of Seattle.
- LIHTC Certification Strongly preferred.
- PTO accrued at 0.07361 per hour worked.
