Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend individuals committing theft or fraud
- Investigate incidents of theft and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious behavior
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize financial loss
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in loss prevention, criminal investigation, or related field
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Certificate in Loss Prevention or related field preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
