We are currently seeking candidates for Dillard Support Positions at our company. The positions are as following:

PART TIME SECURITY CAMERA OPERATOR: Responsibilities include monitoring for and recording shoplifting incidents and internal theft initiating and recording security stops and monitoring for and recording accidents The camera operator is in direct contact with the security officer in order to direct the officer to different areas of the store once suspicious behavior is identified on camera The camera operator does not act as security or make contact with customers but remains in the camera room to monitor the cameras.

PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

retrieving, processing, shipping online orders and curbside orders, maintaining a clean environment, cash refunds, resolving customer issues, gift wrapping, and answering phones.

PART TIME DOCK/HOUSEKEEPING ASSOCIATE

Our Dock and Housekeeping Associates provide exceptional care to all of our valued guests and are able to able to achieve personal goals while helping the team reach its objectives. Our Dock and Housekeeping Associates have solid communication skills and the energy and enthusiasm to perform all of their responsibilities. These include but are not limited to lifting up to 40 lbs., processing merchandise shipments in a timely manner and keeping the store clean for our valued guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
