Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their beauty needs. Your expertise and knowledge in beauty products will help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and recommend beauty products to meet customers' specific needs
- Upsell products and promote current promotions to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to upsell products and meet sales goals
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
